Intense and Fragile

Overview

Intense and Fragile was exhibited in the Russell Hill Rogers Galleries at the Southwest School of Art in San Antonio, Texas from November, 2014 through January, 2015.

The exhibition explored the conjunction of physical properties and conceptual frameworks in contemporary porcelain sculpture, in particular the properties and ideas suggested by the adjectives “intense” and “fragile.” Participating Artists included Giselle Hicks, Elizabeth King, Kate MacDowell, and David Wiseman.
